I recently had the pleasure of strolling around one of my favourite streets in all of London with Lucy & John for a lovely pre-wedding shoot.

The King’s Road is simply the creme of South West London and is speckled with little shoppe gems packed in from one end to the other. One in particular is simply as sweet as a cupcake. Appropriately name, the Love Bakery, it is darling and the perfect location for a lover’s shoot…

As with any shoot, it takes time to get the couple and the camera warmed to each other. The bottom little snap is a “test” shot, but I think it’s adorable. Lucy & John were simply catching up on their day and making each other laugh and giggle with delight. Not to mention eagerly deciding which cupcakes to take home. I think John chose the Oreo!

As the Love Bakery started to get more and more busy, we decided to head out with cupcakes in hand and down the road to another lovely location…

Summertime is busy, humid, sunshiny and altogether lovely. This year has been especially pleasing as it is the first real summer I think we’ve had in dreary old London since I moved here. All that being said, the one chilly, grey day we had was a welcome break from the heat. I took the opportunity to snap a couple new photos of little M* as it seems it’s been ages since I’ve been able to photograph my favourite little subject.

My stunning little lady is going to be three this year. It makes me marvel at how time flies (something someone probably said once but I never really appreciated). She is certainly growing up and *ahem* copying almost everything I do, like chatting on the phone for hours…

Very gratefully, the sun has returned to London. Let’s hope it stays as there is lots of work coming up. Keep your eyes here for a recent Pre-Wed shoot with a gorgeous couple, music and very soon, a website facelift!

A family BBQ, a trampoline, popsicles and Big Ben? Sounds like summertime in London and the perfect excuse to take some family shots for a very good friend of mine. On this particular occasion, even little miss M* got to get in on the fun. This is the result of a gaggle of cousins, bathing suits, scrumptious food and the lovely summer sun.

The handsome chap just above is M*’s dearest friend. They’ve literally grown up together. It’s adorable to see how they communicate, chat and tell each other what to do.

Big Ben played a big role in the events of the day. Little {R}, who was visiting from Dublin, would not be parted with it for a moment.

Very nearly too many good ones to choose from on this shoot! But a final favourite below.
