About
I am a London-based Photographer, covering events, weddings, promos & portraits. My style is modern, natural and spontaneous.
Whether covering an event, or capturing your Little One’s unique personality, I work hard at creating the best photos possible via the use of natural light, unique angles and a whole lot of play & patience.
Portrait sessions are synonymous with play time, especially with the Little One’s. I adore children, chatting and generally making new friends so the sessions seem more like an enjoyable afternoon than anything else. You and your family will certainly feel like the most important people in the world as I work around your home, garden or favourite spot and will even help put together outfits if you so desire! The aim here is to be natural, spontaneous, happy and have a whole lot of fun. Most sessions last up to two hours, but then again, time flies when you’re having fun. I am also realistic and know that nappies will need changing, tummies will need feeding and sometimes kiddies need to be cuddled. I am patient and will take the day as it comes.
As for Weddings & Events, I aim to represent the actual day, the mood, the people, the energy & find it is best to do this by capturing moments instead of forced shots. My friendly and warm personality tends to put people at ease, allowing me to produce natural, relaxed photographs of your day.
Aside from photography, I am an all-around creative person. I’ve been known to draw, paint, illustrate, dance, write and revamp whenever I haveĀ a free moment. If there were ever an artsy-fartsy person, I must say it would be me. I have a love affair for food, films and friends. I’m a book worm which I probably got from my mother, a yoga-addict, runner and am often dabbling in the kitchen – although I prefer baking to cooking.
I am a mother to one gorgeous little girl who will grace these pages often. I am an American transplant, a lover of French films, Italian wines and picnics in the park. I will readily admit I have fallen in love with this city and it’s classic charms, yet there are many a day I’d kill for a peanut butter & Fluff sandwich and proper ground coffee. As the saying goes, “You can take the girl out of America, but you can’t take the America out of the girl, y’all.”
